Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Domestic Shipping
- All states and union territories in India
- Including remote areas and pin codes
- Some locations may have extended delivery times
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Total Time: 6-9 business days from order confirmation
Express Shipping
- Processing Time: Same day (if ordered before 2 PM)
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Total Time: 2-3 business days from order confirmation
Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹2,000.
Standard Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹2,000: ₹99
- Orders ₹2,000 and above: FREE
Express Shipping Charges
- All orders: ₹199 (additional to standard charges if applicable)
- Express shipping is available for orders placed before 2 PM
Important: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Exact charges will be displayed before payment.
Order Processing
Once you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email with order details
- We process your order within 1-2 business days
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
- Your order is dispatched from our warehouse
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided

You can track your order in the following ways:
- Use the "Track Order" page on our website
- Enter your Order ID and registered email address
- Check SMS updates sent to your registered mobile number
- Contact our customer support for assistance
Delivery Process
Delivery Attempts
- We make up to 3 delivery attempts
- Our delivery partner will contact you via phone/SMS
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
Delivery Requirements
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Provide accurate and complete delivery address
- Keep your registered phone number active for delivery updates
- For Cash on Delivery, keep exact change ready
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Festive seasons or high order volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailability of recipient
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations
- Logistics partner delays
In case of delays, we will keep you informed via email and SMS. For significant delays, please contact our customer support team.
Undelivered Orders
If your order cannot be delivered:
- The package will be returned to our warehouse
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund
- Re-delivery charges may apply
- Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy
