How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within India. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (2-3 business days). International shipping may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Standard shipping charges start from ₹99. Express shipping charges start from ₹199. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order using the "Track Order" page on our website by entering your order ID and email address.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on expanding our international shipping services. Please check back soon or contact us for updates.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Is it safe to pay online?

When will I be charged for my order?
For online payments, you will be charged immediately when you place your order. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when the package is delivered to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page for detailed information.
How do I return or exchange an item?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available for select items. You can add this option during checkout. We also offer gift messages that can be included with your order.
