Return Policy

At Rang Fusion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

Return Window

You can return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, or customized
  • All accessories and freebies (if any) must be included

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags or labels
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Damaged or altered items
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Underwear and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are available only for different sizes of the same product
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If the desired size is not available, we will process a refund
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • Provide your Order ID and reason for return

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • We will review your return request
  • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Follow the return instructions provided

Step 3: Pack and Ship

  • Pack the item in original packaging with tags attached
  • Include the RA number in the package
  • Ship to the address provided by our team
  • Keep the shipping receipt for tracking

Step 4: Return Verification

  • We will inspect the returned item
  • If approved, refund will be processed
  • You will receive confirmation via email

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return verification
  • Refund time may vary based on your payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once refund is initiated

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or digital wallet (7-10 business days)

Refund Amount

  • You will receive a refund for the product price
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before shipment
  • If you received free shipping, original shipping charges (if any) may be deducted
  • Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from refunds

Return Shipping

Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will bear the return shipping charges
  • We will arrange pickup for defective items or our errors

Return Shipping Address

Return shipping address will be provided after return authorization. Do not ship returns to the delivery address.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Provide photos/videos of the defect or wrong item
  • We will arrange free pickup
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided
  • No return shipping charges apply

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • Cancelled orders will be fully refunded
  • Refund processing time: 5-7 business days
